John Vincent
Mr. Vincent is the Founder at Wakem Capital Management. Prior to founding Wakem, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Graham Capital Management in the Global Macro Multi Sector Strategy from 2012-2016. His strategy specialized in global macro markets, with a focus on FX, fixed income, commodities and equity indices. From 2004-2012, Mr. Vincent ran discretionary Global Macro for the GAT Division of RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Vincent was a Co-founder and Senior Managing Director of Enso Capital Management from 2002 to 2004. Prior to Enso, Mr. Vincent was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns from 1999 through 2002. From 1993 through 1999 Mr. Vincent held various roles of ascending order in both New York and London with Salomon Brothers Foreign Exchange. He currently serves as a Vice President of the Board of Managers of Millennium Tower Residences. Mr. Vincent received a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University. He is married with two children and resides in New York City.

Raymond Denney
Mr. Denney is Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Partner at Wakem Capital Management. Prior to
joining Wakem, he was a Senior Managing Director and head of the Global Foreign Exchange business at CantorFitzgerald Securities from 2014 to 2021. While at Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Denney was also a member of the Fixed Income Operating Committee and the registered Principal of the U.S. Swap Dealer. Prior, he was Managing Director at Newedge Group, a global multi-asset brokerage firm jointly owned by Societe Generale and Credit Agricole, from 2009-2014. Previously, Mr. Denney was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase from 2008 to 2009 and Managing
Director at Bear Stearns & Co where he built and managed the Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage business from 1996 to 2008. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Denney held various roles within audit and operations at Bankers Trust Company. Mr.Denney received a B.S degree in accounting and finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
